MOTUL AdBlue® is a high-quality aqueous solution composed of 32.5% urea and formulated in accordance with ISO 22241 norm. MOTUL AdBlue® acts as a NOx reducer allowing the transformation of the majority of nitrogen oxides into harmless water vapor and nitrogen, and thus to respect the values of exhaust gas emissions, in particular for Diesel engines meeting the standards Euro 4, 5 and/or 6. These vehicles are fitted with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) systems to treat the NOx using the AdBlue® additive or also called “Diesel Exhaust Fluid”. Recommended only for passenger cars equipped with Diesel engine with SCR and AdBlue® tank. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and follow the filling procedure as described in the maintenance manual.
